Vijay Sethupathi Upcoming Movies List : Vijay Sethupathi is known for being versatile because he has been in so many movies, and in each one, he has played a different character. Most recently, he wowed people with his role as Santhanam in the movie Vikram, and now everyone is looking forward to his next movies. Well, he’s already agreed to do a few movies in different languages, so stay tuned for a while longer.
Karthik Subbaraj, with whom he had worked on a number of short films, chose him to be the main character in the first feature film he directed. Also, one of his short films that was in the short film competition at the Norway Tamil Film Festival won the prize for Best Actor.
In the 2011 drama film Thenmerku Paruvakaatru, which was directed by Ramasamy and starred Sethupathi as a shepherd, he had his first main role. Even though it was met with some bad reviews when it first came out, the movie ended up winning three National Film Awards. One of them was for Best Tamil Feature Film of the Year. In the movie Sundarapandian, which starred Sasikumar in the main role, he first played a bad guy. Then, he was in the thriller Pizza and the comedy Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, which were Karthik Subbaraj and Balaji Tharaneetharan’s first movies as directors.
