Movie Verdict

Mahesh Babu has done a lot of experimental films in his career, as we all know from films like Khaleja and 1 Nenokkadine. Unfortunately, none of the experimental films did well at the box office, and as a result, Mahesh Babu went into the safe zone. Srimanthudu, Bharath Ane Nenu, Maharshi, and Sarileru Neekevvaru are just a few of his films that have done well at the box office. However, all Mahesh Babu fans and moviegoers are missing the old Mahesh Babu, but with Sarkaru Vaari Paata, we can definitely see a bit of the old Mahesh Babu.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata contains all commercial elements that appeal to a broad audience. The film, on the other hand, gets off to a good start with a perfect heroic introduction from director Parasuram Petla, who cleverly introduced the Hero’s world with the song “Penny.” Beautiful songs, Mahesh Babu’s performance, and the Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh track kicked off the first half nicely. However, there is no story in the first half, but in the second half, the conflict between Mahesh Babu and Samuthirakani begins, which works out quite well.

When it comes to the performances, Sarkaru Vaari Paata is undoubtedly a one-man show, and Mahesh Babu as Mahi has just nailed it, as we all know how intense an actor he is. There are many scenes in the film where you can see Mahesh Babu’s brilliant performance, and another assent of the film is his comedy timing, which we can call one of Mahesh Babu’s best performances. Last but not least, Keerthy Suresh as Kalvathi simply killed it, her way of doing comedy scenes is just brilliant; you’ll see why Keerthy was cast in this film after watching it; and last but not least, Samuthirakani as Rajendranath was brilliant as usual; we can’t say much about his actions because he emotes a lot of emotions through his eyes; however, the dubbing could have been better, and the rest of the cast did well.

As we can see in the film, director Parasuram Petla did an excellent job; it is one of the most well-written scripts in Parasuram’s career, and he blends all the commercial elements so beautifully. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is purely fictional, and the best part is the film’s backdrop: finance, money, and con artists have all combined to create a new world.
R Madhi’s cinematography is good, but he could have done a lot better with the over-saturated colors he used. The background score by Sarkaru Vaari Paat is the film’s biggest highlight; Thaman never disappoints with his background score, as there are many scenes in this film where he took the background score to the next level, and the rest of the technical department did well.
Finally, Sarkaru Vaari Paata is Mahesh Babu’s one-man show, and it is unquestionably worth seeing in theatres.
