Movie Verdict

Prithviraj Sukumaran also addressed the same point that we had missed the cheers and whistles throughout the movie and he wants to bring that back, and undoubtedly that is what is happening in the theatres with Kaduva.
Kaduva is set in the ’90s, but it doesn’t feel like we’re watching a period film because the story is so simple: two men’s egos. However, the film has a lot of commercial blocks that will definitely keep the audience engaged. There is room for improvement, however, with regard to the Telugu dubbing, which is a problem that has plagued many dubbing films in the past.
Kuruvachan, Vivek Oberoi, Samyuktha Menon, and the rest of the cast are all excellent in their roles.
Because Shaji Kailas was aware of the public pulse, he was able to successfully engage the audience by placing all of the commercial blocks so well on the screen.
Jakes Bejoy scored the best background music in Kaduva, lifting a lot of blocks with his bgm while Abinandhan Ramanujam provided the visuals that look like regular commercial films and all the technical departments worked well together.
Finally, Kaduva is a great movie to see in the theatre if you’re a fan of commercial entertainment.
