Plot

Ankith Koyya’s character, Vasu (Ankith Koyya), works as a bartender and is on his way home when an accident occurs and the cab driver dies.
After calling the police, Vasu is arrested and sentenced to eight years in prison.
He gets an opportunity to study it after 8 years, he takes it up and re-opens it. ‘Ramachandra’ (Satyadev) After much inquiry, Ramachandra learns that Vasu is not guilty of the murder charges against him, but in order to prove Vasu’s innocence, Ramachandra will need a great deal of evidence.
Is Ramachandra going to show that Vasu is innocent? Is Vasu going to get the justice he deserves? Why did a cab driver commit suicide by hanging? All of this may be learned by watching the movie on Netflix.

Thimmarusu was a gripping thriller thanks to a brilliant story and a terrific performance by Satyadev. Not to be missed!

2) Awe (2018)

The Telugu film Awe is a hybrid of genres. People are enthralled by this film, which was launched in 2018 and is a Telugu movie that’s out of the ordinary.

Starring: Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, Esha Rebba, Avasarala Srinivas, Regina Cassandra, Priyadarshi

Director: Prasanth Varma

Plot

Because each tale in this film is interconnected, it’s difficult to sum up the plot in a single sentence.
They’re lesbian lovers, and they’re having a hard time telling Radha’s parents about their romance.
When Shiva (Avasrala Srinivas) goes back in time, he hopes to solve the time machine’s flaw and see his parents.
Nala (Priyadarshi) is hired as a chef in a restaurant, although he has no prior experience in the kitchen and relies solely on recipes from YouTube videos.
He is confronted with a challenge one day. This happens to him when his boss tells him to cook an unfamiliar food that he doesn’t know how to make.
Coffee artist Mira (Regina Cassandra) is also a heroin addict. She and her lover had a plan to rob the restaurant’s investors of their money when he arrives soon. When she finds a necklace in the restaurant’s tree, she starts seeing and hearing ghosts.
Her mother owns a restaurant, and her 8-year-old daughter, Moksha, is a talented magician who also works there. Magician Yogi (Murali Sharma) humiliates her after viewing her magic performances in a restaurant. The magic master, on the other hand, humiliates him.
A stressed-out young woman named Kali (Kajal Agarwal) tries to commit suicide.
Finally, there is a startling connection between each story and Kali that runs parallel to all the others.
You’ll be in awe of the climax. This experimental film is not to be missed.

3) Manu (2018)

Manu is a Telugu mystery thriller movie of 2018. First crowdfunding Telugu movie.

Finally, what is Neela’s final fate? Who did this to her? The remainder of the plot is built around it.
Manu is the most experimental film in the Telugu film business, despite the fact that it was a crowdsourcing film done to the highest possible standards of production excellence.
It’s a little difficult to follow because of the non-linear structure of the script, but that’s what makes the movie tick. Manu’s most adventurous picture was made possible by its stunning photography and outstanding production design.
The Netflix thriller Manu is a must-see.

4) Red (2021)

In 2021, a Telugu crime thriller titled Red has been released. This was one of the most engrossing films I’ve ever seen, in part because of the two roles Ram portrayed.

Starring: Ram Pothineni, Nivetha Pethuraj, Malavika Sharma, Amritha Iyer,

Director: Thirumala Kishore

plot

Identical twins are the subject of this tale. Both Aditya (Ram Pothineni) and Siddharth (Ram Pothineni) are thieves and gamblers by trade. After the murder of Akash, Siddharth is arrested and learns that Aditya is also engaged in the case during the investigation. The plot takes a dramatic turn with this twist.
Finally, who is Akash, and why was Siddharth arrested in this case? Aditya’s involvement, in this case, is unclear. To get the full picture, you’ll have to watch the film.
The Red movie keeps you guessing till the very end. Those who enjoy thrillers will enjoy this flick.

5) Andhakaram (2020)

Andhakaram is a supernatural suspense novel set in 2020. In spite of its plodding pace, Andhakaram is a film that will keep you riveted from beginning to end.

Starring: Arjun Das, Vinoth KIshan, Pooja Ramachandran

Director: V. Vignarajan

Plot

There are three main characters in this narrative. As a cricket coach, Vindo (Arjun Das) feels that someone is lurking in his room, and at times he thinks it is a ghost. When Dr. Indran (Kumar Natarajan) and Surya (Vinoth) meet, they discover that Surya is blind, but he has certain magical powers that he learned from his father, Dr. Indran (Kumar Natarajan).
While it appears that none of the three characters are connected at the outset of the film, it is shown that they are all connected by the end.
To wrap things off, let’s have a look at their connections and similarities.
Andhakaram is a film with an original premise that immerses you in the universe of Andhakaram from the very beginning. The pace of the film is a touch slow, but it keeps you interested the entire time.
The telugu thriller Andhakaram, currently streaming on Netflix, is a must-see.
